Marvin Clark

I actually was able to play pick-up with Malou and a lot of his prep teammates last week. He is VERY athletic but still raw. I don't know if he is really 6'9"..maybe 6'8" at best. He has a great handle for his size though. Like I said very athletic -- very quick for his size. Very long player. His catching circle on alley-oops is ridiculous. He will need to work on his strength a lot in college. Overall, he could be great. That being said, he is still very much a project. I've heard he is pretty much a lock to go to ISU. Will likely redshirt next year. Some coaches have been coming to see him play though at F3Fire..including the Miss. State coach. He basically told him though that he's a Cyclone. He will still need to make the qualifying scores to get in though, obviously.

Also, I really would love to land Marvin Clark. He is a big, tough dude that would be a great role player at first with a chance to really, really contribute down the road. Seems to love Hoiberg too.

Great stuff! +1

He has a video of him and a few of his teammates rushing the court last night at KSU. I'd post it if I wasn't so tech dumb. After the butt hurting we had last night I could have done w/o seeing that tweet.

Euphoria will be quick to wear off, his entire team was there and they all rushed the court, I doubt if they will all be going to KSU. Unless the kid signs today on an impulse buy, it will get back to who he feels the most comfortable playing for.

Clark looks like a less athletic and more polished (relative to when he arrived on campus) Melvin Ejim to me. Would be a great get.

Clark has been to KSU twice now including their big OT win against KU. They will be our biggest competition for Clark

Clark is having a retweeting episode right now between isu and ksu fans. It's pretty entertaining. Ksu fans claiming weber is a better coach than hoiberg.

The end for Weber will be swift and painful although this year is a major surprise.
