Yep, it sounds like we broke contact with Clark a few weeks back. I tend to think Fred is going to hit the transfer market fairly heavily.

I saw that and was as disappointed as Clark. I think he would be a great Ejim like 4 year player for us. Sounds as if we backed off at the wrong time. Who knows, maybe they can rescue it, but I wish the kid luck, and hope it is not KSU.

If I had to guess I would say ISU knew Clark was headed to Michigan State and that's why we stopped talking to him.

Good luck to Marvin at MSU! Izzo is a wonderful coach. Clark seemed like a class act that made the best out of his rough life and has his head on straight. I'm just wondering why MSU when his biggest concern was playing time. It doesn't seem like he will play right away at Michigan State.

Yeah, better MSU than KSU. The way it all broke down was weird, but I have no doubt that we are after some good ones!

I could actually see him playing early for MSU. Not sure what class Payne & Dawson are now, or if they'll be around next year, but when they were out they were looking for someone to step up.

Plus, Clark seems to be a bit different type front court player than Izzo usually gets. He's more of the undersized athletic, possibly shooting type, forward.

Green was pretty similar to Clark IMO.
