Werewolf by Night has officially dropped. Critic reviews are pretty stellar, so it has me intrigued. The thing that I was a bit surprised by is it's 55 minute runtime. I guess I figured these MCU "special presentations" would be more like "shorts" to the tune of something like 15 - 20 minutes. Shoot, 55 minutes is borderline a short movie and way longer than I expected.

Come on people, has nobody else watched the latest She-Hulk episode yet? I'm dying to hear other people's thoughts other than just myself.

I liked it, thought I haven’t ever been too down on the show. I don’t think there are a ton of spoilers, but I always fear them this close to release. She Hulk’s CGI hasn’t been great, but I really like the actress playing her. Her breaking the fourth wall is something I typically like. I think the actor who plays the super hero that cameoed in this episode has been consistently great across all of the MCU content that they’ve been in. All in all this will be an episode I re-watch as well.

Ribbit and rip it!

Fantastic until right at the end. It felt a little ham fisted. Sure it was one giant setup, but why were there already stormtroopers outside waiting for her. The lawyer talk during the fight was incredible. And it is stupidly weird how the music cues from the other shows just hook you. First X-Men '93 in Ms. Marvel and then Daredevil in this. It really underscores how much music is integral to the fabric of movies and TV.

Oh, and casually dropping the Sokovia Accords have been repealed. A lot of people have been wondering how all this post-Blip superhero activity wasn't running afoul of the law, and now we know.

I get where you are coming from with the ending. I also am completely loving how they are using music cues too. Its ridiculous how many emotions it drums up, especially in me. Granted, I'm also a REALLY BIG movie and TV music score guy, as can be evidenced on here by how much I always talk about them, probably well past how much anyone cares to hear it.

Has anyone seen the new episode of She-Hulk yet? This is the infamous Daredevil episode we've all been waiting for apparently.
Leap-frog was campy and funny. Matt Murdock/Daredevil adds the action we've been missing since the first episode. Just wish he was going to be around for the finale.

Is this the first time that She-hulk has lost control of her anger and berserk?

Yes

Great episode. Have enjoyed the series. Looking forward to the finale.

Josh was pretty predictable in the last episode. Like others saying about the end of this episode, seemed a bit out of character. Wonder who the big-bad is. The fight scenes were entertaining. Also found it cool how they had DDs iconic “hallway” scenes keeping true to the former shows character. Then funny how they build up to a bigger hallway scene but gets ruined by She-Hulk. Entertaining.

Keanu as Ghost Rider would be my #1 choice for the role

Bring Cage back as Johnny Blaze, have Keanu as Dan Ketch, and then have Gabriel Luna as the Robbie Reyes version. Bring them all in and let it be an all out war versus Mephisto.

I could get on board with that. I thought Luna was a great Robbie Reyes.

I was disappointed when they didn't move forward with his planned show.

Yes and no for me. I was excited for his show, but didn't want another show under the old Marvel TV banner, especially after seeing Helstrom. If they want to give me a show for him under Marvel Studios in the MCU proper, I'll gladly take it.

Loved Werewolf by Night. Left me wanting much more. Doesn’t really build to a future project and sat nicely on its own. Was a fun short.

Latest episode of She Hulk was great. Charlie Cox as Daredevil/ Matt is one of my favorite MCU characters so I'm stoked he's back in the fold. Will be interesting to see what the final episode holds.

Finished She-Hulk, and I am very interested to see what others thought about the finale. I personally loved it, especially a particular scene that you all will know what I’m referencing once you see it.

Honestly, I loved this show for what it was. It’s pretty high on my list of the DISNEY+ shows. Wife and I looked forward each week to just relaxing and having fun with Jen and other characters. It was just a fun sitcom-esque show.
