Manhattan, KS - What To Do

Never been, but heading there this weekend. Wanted to get info on the scene there. Is it an outdoor tailgate environment, or are bars close?

What bars/restaurants are worth checking out?

Anything else to do while there?

I've never been, but I'm always into checking out Breweries.

I've had a lot of Tallgrass Beers and they're usually decent, so I may try that out.

Beer Advocate ranks Little Apple Brewing Co pretty well, but I've honestly never had any of their beers.

Go to the Wal-Mart. I **** you not. You thought the state fair was awesome to people watch, you're head will explode there. It's the perfect combination of Army spouses and middle-of-nowhere Kansas people.
