Looking ahead to Oklahoma

Proud of the guys for competing better. Big improvement and especially happy for Ian and Broderson.

We can make fun of Nick (the troll) but he is not wrong entirely. We do need to get better, still.

Take the win, move on and get better. Good job today

125- Good match to start the dual, stayed solid the whole time, put himself in position to win the match again. Not sure why the OU kid went for the suicide cradle, but we'll take it. True freshman beat a redshirt senior. Keep learning and growing

133- Really thought Redding was going to break through this match. Wrestled solid, but came down to him not doing enough on bottom. Needs to move off the whistle. Keep learning and growing

141- Pretty typical Parker/Demas match. Good strategy, stay solid and steady to keep Demas' explosive moves to a minimum. Gas tank opened up the match a little more at the end. Going forward I would like to see Ian use that to his advantage more. Open up and get to offense sooner. I understand the strategy for Demas match was to slow it down and stay solid however.

149- If your name is called you need to be ready, no excuses. Monroe was caught in a cow catcher twice in the first minute.

157- Very solid against an opponent he has had tighter matches with in the past. Would have liked to see more urgency for a major. Rode well, but looked like he waited until 3 seconds left to really start looking to turn.

165- Solid win to build off for Judge. Everyone knows 165 is the hole, no need to go further.

174- Very happy for Julien. The match everyone wanted to see, but more importantly the match HE needed. Good confidence booster coming off a shaky start. Good awareness to stay out of positions Montanona wanted. Probably the brightest spot of the day for me.

184- Right there the whole match, takedown to win it at the end and finishes too hard cart wheeling his opponent into a roll and scramble. Hard to get mad at him for that, but wanting Colbray back.

197- Woodley is good. Smothered Bastida from the start. Not only rode and turned him but scored 2 takedowns as well. Still needs lots of work on bottom, nothing new

HWT- Very sloppy. OU kid was scoring from Gannon's offense. Looks like Gannon gassed in the 3rd. I love/hate his style. His extracurricular activity will bite him at some point I feel, but somehow find myself smiling most of the time it happens. Either way hopefully an eye opener match for him.

Still waiting for this team to put everything together in one dual. Looks like we'll be until February now with these injuries.

pretty much my thoughts exactly, but wish Kysen would’ve majored their 125. I think Mackall finds a way to get bonus at 125 and Kysen kept it pretty close

Everybody knows we need to get better. Every team is always aiming to get better all the time. Dumb **** didn't say that though and he deserves to be mocked for his clown take of "this sucks that sucks it all sucks."

No one at all said this was a perfect performance and there were no improvements to be made. The troll was not right at all.

Gladly. Broderson wrestled such a smart match. I thought that both guys would be letting it fly.
Lol. It was a given Montanona was going to come out that way. He wrestles like he doesnt care and before you know it your looking at the lights.

Can’t deny I thought my prediction was going to be right when Broderson got in on that first shot and you could just tell Mantanona was looking for the high flyer/elevator. But Broderson did a great job slowing it down, keeping hips low and finishing.

Who is Nick?

The wrestling community is such a weird place. Never lacks for personal grudges and entertainment.

apparently someone not living in a cloud ... like the posters on here. good luck to the hopeless romantics on this board. This team sucks, dresser and his staff suck... for one of the highest paid coaching staffs in the country, private planes and fancy cars taken to recruiting visits.... team sucks, dresser sucks and recruiting sucks and apparently you all suck for getting sucked into this crap. But keep putting more money into dressers pockets with his ******** cyclone wrestling club campaign that never gets better athletes or athletes at all, doesn't pay the athlete they have and never pays for better coaches.

Apparently Homer Simpson has joined CF.
