We got a King Canopy 10 x 10 about 10 years ago.
It has held up great through 10 seasons of tailgating, RAGBRAI, yard parties and even a friend borrowing it for Farmer's Market for a season. It has a greater clearance than the other tailgating tents we use so even our tallest tailgaters aren't bumping their heads when they enter/exit the tent. It came with 4 sides that zip together. The roller bag has even held up. Definitely worth the few more bucks we paid for it. It was about 99 bucks at the time, but I think you find them on sale for about $150 now.
