Even so, I am guessing the guy has some size and athleticism. I always take those stats with a grain of salt, but having Butch Davis recruiting you really helps. Remember all those Miami guys he got to the pros? All those 1st rounders? Yeah, he can evaluate talent.
Sounds like the kid knows he could have an immediate impact, and all sorts of playing time, playing for a highly respected, defensive minded coach. What isn't to like?
