Curious as we all get up in the morning - what do we love to have for breakfast.

I settle with 2 bagels with cream cheese, side of grapes, strawberries. A bagel with eggs canadian bacon, orange juice and milk

I would only have bagels with cream cheese as punishment for something I had done the day before. Down with the fruit, eggs and bacon, however.

3 times a week, I'll eat cereal, 2 times a week, I'll eat frozen ego waffles. Saturday, I'll usually make a belgian waffle with the waffle iron and Sunday, we usually make pancakes or french toast.

Egg and bacon McCrumpet. I make the eggs and turkey bacon. I then toast the Crumpet. Slap the egg, bacon, and cheese in between the crumpet pieces and mmmm, tastey. I eat cereal and multigrain eggos from time to time as well.

Cold cereal. Usually Cheerios or Grape Nuts. Can't handle the sweet cereal in the morning and don't like a heavy breakfast like eggs and sausage early in the morning.

Special K red berries or oatmeal, or malt-o-meal, depending on the day, I hoop it up 3 mornings a week, so cold cereal that day. I always jump at the chance for french toast before church.

You had me until I saw "turkey bacon." What kind of masochist are you?

I don't remember the last weekday I actually ate breakfast, usually it's a muffin or a couple granola bars on the way out the door. I prefer to sleep until the last possible second that I can still make it out the door on time.

I like having omelettes, usually consisting of two eggs, and some combination of sausage, bacon, cubed ham, cubed turkey, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cheese (all of the above if I can get a hold of it).

However, as I usually am in at work by 6:30, I don't have time to make such a creation and I settle for a bowl of standard oatmeal drizzled with honey and topped with a handful of Hy-Vee's Alpine trail mix. Definitely not a bad breakfast either, and probably much more healthy than what I'd prefer to eat.

One that needs to lose some weight. Trust me it was hard to put down the pork.

It's not that you need to put down the pork as much as it is what kind of pork you're eating. If you're eating lean meat like pork chops and ham, you're fine. If you're wolfing down sausage and bacon, it might be time to find another option.

Make a microwave omelette. Its fast (although not as good)

The other day I meant to grab a hard boiled egg to take with me for lunch and instead grabbed a raw one. Ended up making the microwave omelette for lunch. It was weird but it tasted ok.

It was the sausage and bacon that I couldnt put down. I still eat pork chops. Eat alot of chicken, fish, and turkey lately. The turkey bacon actually isnt bad.

Always an option, but like I said, the oatmeal route is healthier, plus it gives me something to look forward to on the weekends.
