Leo Lyons Suspended Indefinitely

I didn't see this anywhere on here but it happened yesterday. We play them this Saturday, but who knows how long he will be out. It's actually a pretty big loss having your second leading scorer suspended for Big 12 games.

i believe he was in trouble last year, i think that is why he was suspended for such a minor offense. I would guess he will be back Saturday.

On a side note that doesn't affect us, Penn State Nittany Lions have suspended 2nd leading scorer Tony Tygers indefinitely.

Might also have something to do with his game, or lack of, against Nebraska. 2 of 7 from the floor and 4 fouls in 20 minutes of action. He should have totally dominated against NE's front line, but they outplayed him to come away with the win.

If your last name is Tygers, you should not name your son Tony.

I can't imagine that they would use the term indefinately if he was only going to be suspended one game. One game suspensions are usually called just that.

Is it me or does it seem like Missouri suspends there first or second leading scorer every year and kills the year for them.
