Lee

Buddy of mine said he saw him get into it with some Minnesota fans at their dual meet.
If it was discipline though I don’t know why they’d take him on the road trip

Probably since you can’t leave him alone. Too unstable. Lee seems to be the one who can control him the best.

Iowa fans get verbal with the other team so you know it’s just not other teams “picking” on him. When is enough enough.

DeSantos' last match was on Jan 9 at Minnesota, and he only won 7-5 against much lesser ranked opponent (Gilva). He did not appear against Purdue or Northwestern. Maybe injury?

I think I saw someone say he’s traveling with them right now and doesn’t “look” injured. And isn’t he always getting into it with either fans or the other team?

Ayala looking really good.
Ayala is a stud, and a likely AA, but won’t get the same points at nationals that a healthy Lee would. If im a hawk fan, I’m much more worried about pulling Schrievers shirt for potential nationals points. ADS is a title contender and likely floor of 4th. I’d say Schriever’s ceiling this year is R12

Does ADS have another year?

RBY, Fix, Byrd, McGee, maybe Myers all capable of beating desanto. I'd say his floor is more like 7th depending on how he lands in a bracket (could get beat in quarters). But you're right huge drop off in points from CS.

I heard it was discipline because of how he treated officials, not sure on the truth but it came from a well respected Hawkeye fan.
