Lazard signed by the Packers

Really? How many offers does he have right now that he's turning down? I'm guessing none.

Nobody wants that fool being a cancer to their team and ruining their QB by yelling at him on the sidelines every time he doesn't get the ball thrown his way.

Oh no, more collusion keeping washed up players off of teams.

Practice squad players earn more than I thought they would. They earn $7,600/week or $129,200 if they are there the entire season. Truthfully, I thought that there would be more than 10 players on the squad, and that they wouldn't be making much.

Yeah, it's not a bad gig compared to most jobs people get out of college. He'll continue to get NFL coaching, nutrition, and weight training, which can only help. And he'll get another crack at making a roster next season, that is, if he doesn't get put on an active roster still this season.

For sure.....if you can stick on one for a bit, I'd encourage it....and you never know if you get a game or two call up. Josh Lentz did for a playoff game and got a big check.

I think there is a 2 year limit to be on one teams practice squad. Don’t know if you can bounce from practice squad to PS every two years.

I think there's a possibility of a third year if certain conditions are met, but I think that's the max

I will never, ever, make even close to $100,000 in a year.

Hang out and practice football? I doubt they do much beyond shells during the week to protect injuries and such. Where do I sign up?

Watching Rico Gathers play tonight who never played a down of college FB. Can't believe Gathers is that much of better blocker than AL if he were to convert to TE.
