Pollard was on the coaches show Tuesday and mentioned he had asked for the 7pm game if possible. Walters countered by ssaying he was hoping 2:30 as it's November. Pollard said playing a meaningful game this late in the season he would love to replicate the atmosphere of the TCU night game.
No he meant when we played tcu a few weeks ago at 7 pm

Well, everyone is in first place to start the basketball season.

I was selfishly hoping for an afternoon kick. Driving back to Denver the next day.
Based off what Blum/Williams said it sounds like ISU is lobbying for a night game. Would be my preference as well

Not sure if there is a replay of the show out there but I am pretty sure he said he'd like to replicate the atmosphere we had THIS year against TCU which was the Jack Trice Legacy Game. Yes the WVU night game was electric too. I'm always for a game under the lights at the Jack and I don't give a dang how cold it is.
Anytime we aren't kicking off at 11am I am happy

With both teams tied for first place in the Big 12, you'd hope the game would have a little more oomph and attractiveness for the TV folks.
You’d think we’d lobby for a 7pm kick against Texas. I think that would probably have the better night game atmosphere, but maybe they’re just taking what they can get.
I think KU is in 6th in the conference with all of the one loss teams.
The fact they haven’t played a home game in a month and are playing good ball should cause some oomph as far as the fan base goes. Jack Trice should be rockin.
There are two games with both teams tied for first place in the BIg12. We are not playing in either.
