I just tuned in late and didn't see the pre-game. What is the story with the helmets that MU is wearing?

They are definitely bad ***. That's all I know. Flat paint looks dynamite on helmets. Wonder why no one else has tried this before.

They just mentioned something about it's a tribute to stealth bombers, not sure if I heard it right. Some sort of military tribute maybe?

Mizzou is part of that special nike jersey designs. several other schools had them the past few weeks. I agree I like the helmets maybe a yellow outline would be sweet.

Has anybody else noticed Oregon's flat black helmets that they wear? They look mean as h*ll!!

That's they're Nike Pro Combat unis called......... wait for it......... "Beast Mode"
According to Nike the helmet is inspired by the stealth bombers that are "housed near the campus"

Those helmets are sick. As for the game, Reesing just called timeout to avoid a delay of game penalty...from his own 1-yard line. Seems like a high price to pay to save a 1/2 yard.

The helmets may look nice, but they aren't helping their defense any. KU is marching down the field.

With OSU getting spanked today, this could be a really bad day for Cyclone football if KU wins.

Touchdown KU.

Man I hate it when our fate lies in the hands of others. I'm afriad OSU and KU are going to let us down big time today.

I refuse to believe a bowl would want KU over us this year? Are the bowl scouts paying attention?

KU isn't getting a bid over us. Between the whole mess going on with the coaching staff, and the fact that they're a couple years removed from a BCS game and probably won't travel for **** to shreveport or houston, I think we're fine.

I wouldn't be so sure. I think it could go either way, but a win today would re-energize the fan base. KU has still outdrawn ISU this year at home and at neutral games, and Lew Perkins can run AD circles around Jamie Pollard

I could see it going either way if both teams are 6-6.
