KSU Predictions

My prediction is that KSU scores 64 points (in regulation). How much we score will determine if we win or lose

I hope there are not a lot of fouls. I'm tired of seeing Niang and Ejim spending large chunks of time on the bench. Although, KSU is not a great free throw shoooting team.

There will be a lot of fouls. The question will just be whether or not the officiating crew decides to call most of them or let them go. KSU will love it if they decide to "just let them play" since playing physical (aka foul them every trip down the floor) is what they do.

I agree, Georges and Mel need to play smart. We can deal with fouls when they are playing good D. What is killer is fouling 30 to 90 feet away from the basket. If Georges and Mel can avoid foul trouble it will make a big difference in this game.

Agreed. ISU was favored aganst KSU @ Hilton against a top 20 team. With the game @ Bramlage, with the perceived "ISU can't win on the road stigma", and KSU ranked #13, I agree, at least 6.

Yep. Its going to be a very very very physical game. Hopefully it gets call fair.

I don't see the game being nearly as high scoring as that. Take 15-20 points off that and yes.
 
I fully expect a close, intense game. A lot is on the line tomorrow. I also expect to win, with the score in the upper 60's.

Four in a row vs KSU and 3 out of 4 in the Octagon of Gloom will be sweet.

I'll be all-in on the ISU conference title bandwagon if we do win.
 
There is actually a preview for this game on ESPN, with a VIDEO! It must be an important game
 
They probably would have been had KU not lost to TCU. The staying power of purple kansas intrigues me. I probably want this win more than any other (now that @OSU is gone). I really can't stand K-State and I'd like to knock them down off their podium big time. I've never met a single k-stater that I like... I hoping they suffer back-to-back losses to us and KU in a span of 3 days... (turned out to be brutal scheduling for them).

Plus, I want a sweep in case of a co-big12 championship. I hate them so much that I want to play them in the big 12 tourney again just to beat them 3 times in a year. Might as well wish for an NCAA matchup as well to really put them in their place. /end rant+ Reply to Thread
