Looks like this kid had enough. Glad he stuck up for himself. Way to go kid!

At first I was confused on which kid was the bully.
The little punk got what he deserved. Nice to see the bigger kid stand up for himself!

Good for the big kid. Bullies are a much larger problem than the general population realizes.
 
As having been the fat kid in elementary, I'm happy to see a video like this. School admins really do not realize just how much using words and conflict resolution create more trouble for those that get bullied.

I hope that ******* *** **** kid broke his leg.

Because there is no justice in this world, and because many school administrators are absolute imbeciles, the boy who was being bullied got suspended from school and his family was taken to court. The bully 'walked away', so to speak- no suspension, won the lawsuit. Disgusting.

I thought the Bully got suspended for 21 days and the Victim was suspended for 4 days?

i call bs on this one. both reportedly were suspended, the bully much longer than the other kid. also, last i heard the family was considering a law suit. no way it could have resolved this fast.

Take note people:

If you try to self defend yourself against shots to your head, you will be sued.

If that isn't proof that the system is broken.

The first thing that comes to my mind is: Do they have dentists in Australia?
The second thing: You can't really tell what story to believe and who was picked on first.
The third thing: The interviewer asks, "are you sorry?" To which Richard "the bully" responds, "um, no... (looks over at somebody) uh, yes." :twitcy:
The fourth thing: Does that 12 year old boy really have his eyebrow pierced?
 
I dont believe the skinny little eyebrow ring tool at all.
