Barkley was the reason I started watching the NBA back in the early 90's. I've always loved that guy. He's a fan of Iowa State and pretty much gave last year's team a tongue bath when they destroyed Notre Dame.
You were only disappointed with him today? This announcing crew was turrible (for Chuck) on Fri. I was really disappointed with Marv and Steve. They missed A TON of obvious calls. Hell Kerr thought the clock should have stopped under a min in the first half of ISU - NCC they were very bad.
I couldn't believe how much he went on about that until someone told him what the rule was. Kerr was horrible on Friday and tonight.
A little off topic...but this guy is an *** clown....Please tell me some of you heard this snippet during the Iowa / NW game in the Little 10 Tourney:

As a rare Cyclone basketball fan who prefers the NBA outside of ISU, Kenny and Charles are my favorite broadcasters of all time. They obviously don't know as much about college hoops players and coaches as the ESPN guys but in some ways that can be refreshing instead of the typical talking heads going for the typical blue bloods.
They do both know the game in the same way we all applaud Hoiberg for being a step ahead of his competitors.

I like Chris Paul's bracket the best of the four. Get past UConn & then I hope we meet UVa (instead of MSU) for a trip to the F4!
Marv was ok. Kerr I normally like but he spent both games ****ing the **** of our opposition.
They can both get replaced for all I care. Marv was repeatedly commending UNC for their great "defense" each time Kane drove the lane and got hacked by 5 pairs of arms.
Charles usually hits on a pretty high % I guess that's why he got won an Emmy last year. Can't blame The Jet for being loyal to his Tar Heels but with Georges being out I can see why they might have been leaning. Love Charles and Kenny, especially when Kenny goes to the big screen and is trying to hide his bubble butt, not that I'm looking, but it's so damn funny.
