I AGREE.. I was a DMac supporter until today. Hamilton, Big 12 starter. Lots of upside. Has to hate it at ISU to leave. Buckley gets a college education, playing time... wants to leave for more playing time, where? They don't like it here, why?

Justin Hamilton has the potential to be a guy who averages 15 points and 10 rebounds. He continued to showed flashes of this and had a good stretch of games toward the end of the season. When Dendy came back with a better attitude he gave us another level with his attitude and athleticism and took some time away from Hamilton.

Mentally Justin needs to be stronger and impose his will on the opponent. The play against Texas where he backed his player up to the basketball and used a jump hook was one of the few times he scored with his back to the basket this season and it was a great move. He needs to establish himself in the box in a position to score and demand the basketball.

Does Stevie Johnson have any eligiblity left?

Like it really matter now. I don't understand how you could think that he will be easily replaced. If he is so easily replaced in your terms, PLEASE LIST REPLACEMENTS.

There isn't another player in the entire world that would come to ISU and perform at the level where Hamilton left.

I'm not going to lose sleep over a guy that averaged 7-8 points and 7-8 rebounds. He really improved this year and is starting to be a solid player. He would have probably contributed 10 points and 8 rebounds a game next year. He would also be an experienced vet. But he is still replaceable.

Did anyone think that Buckley would be hear next year? He was a non factor until Boozer got hurt and Steiger quit.

Maybe McDermott will pull a rabbit out of a hat.

7pts 8 rebounds a game as a true Sophomore, whats a player like that put up as a senior. Big deal that shouldnt be swept under the rug.

I don't think he is replaceable, but replace him we must. Justin is going to be a really good player before he's through, and even if we had a clone of him to pop into that spot, the loss still hurts.
