Justin Hamilton is very replaceable

I'm not going to lose sleep over a guy that averaged 7-8 points and 7-8 rebounds. He really improved this year and is starting to be a solid player. He would have probably contributed 10 points and 8 rebounds a game next year. He would also be an experienced vet. But he is still replaceable.

Did anyone think that Buckley would be hear next year? He was a non factor until Boozer got hurt and Steiger quit.

Maybe McDermott will pull a rabbit out of a hat.

He doesn't seem to fit the type of system the rest of the players on the team do. Having said that, he is not very replaceable. He is the only real low post guy we have.

Who's going to replace him next year?
 
If he's so replaceable, we should have no problem bringing in somebody to replace him.

Will that happen? I highly doubt it.

I'll give you Buck....but Ham is a crushing loss. Who's gonna rebound?
 
In my mind you are missing the point. How can you build a program when half the team leaves EVERY YEAR. Either he is running them off or he is recruiting players that aren't appropriate at ISU. A few players is no big deal. This trend send up every red flag in the book. If this was Iowa you guys would be laughing your *** off at what a joke their program is...oh wait, it is the same thing. They just are quicker to recognize failure than we are.
 
In the absolute, Yes, he is repalceable. (REALISTICALLY EVERYONE IS AT isu)

Given the situation and the current state of isu Basketball everyone is replaceable.

Whatever, it still does not change the fact that Gmac is not getting it done.

Yeah, we will likely replace them with two other players who will leave in the next 6-24 months for some "random" reason.

Funny how replaceable he is now. Yesterday he was going to be a 15 and 10 guy next year.

apparently the only guy that isn't replaceable is Gmac, unfortunately.

Too bad we can't vote for worst post of the day anymore. This would be it. I don't care if miracles happen and some stud center shows up next year. Losing a good player and kid like Ham is a real kick in the nads. Does Gmac even try to talk guys out of leaving?

I AGREE.. I was a DMac supporter until today. Hamilton, Big 12 starter. Lots of upside. Has to hate it at ISU to leave. Buckley gets a college education, playing time... wants to leave for more playing time, where? They don't like it here, why?

Kind of ironic. Gmac is very replaceable but facters outside of results are driving ISU's current situation. Apparently, only in politics and ISU coaching good results don't matter.
