Looks like some of the light poles are still missing the top white cover/globe piece. It's the ones that went up later on the corners mostly. perhaps there are supply chain issues getting them? not sure why else they wouldn't yet be installed.

My guess is that it's on the electrical punchlist and the electricians simply haven't made it back out there yet (ie waiting for all the other punchlist items to get found on walkthrough / inspection walks so they just have to make one trip)
