JTS construction webcam?

I'm planning on going on CPR's Ride to Remember this weekend. It will be nice to see this up close instead of just on a computer monitor.

That's where they are putting the hot tubs.

What he said, "hot tubs".

In all seriousness, I bet they do install some seats soon. Just my guess. I don't know why they didn't do it when installing the other seats though.

I hope they straighten out this parking lot (or remove it) to at least be parallel to the field instead of crooked. This has bugged me since the dawn of Google Earth.

I'm pretty sure that it is going away when they do phase 2 of the SEZ project. I believe they want to put a green space that goes from the SEZ to Reiman Gardens. I read somewhere that they are also talking of putting a small pond there.

I think that the extra green space between S-3 and S-4 is for the drainage of water pumped from the field . . . which flows inot a ditch and then into the stream.

Would you prefer to have a straight lot and Kinnick's drainage problems?

It looks like the centerline of each parking lot is on a radius, pointing directly back to the center of the field. Since the lot isn't due south of the field, it isn't supposed to be parallel to the field. Note that the lot in the 3 o'clock position is due east of the 50 yard line, so it appears perpendicular to the field.

Your OCD needs to transform from a rectangular to a polar coordinate system, then it isn't "crooked."

A conceptual drawing I saw for Phase II shows a pond or plaza area there anyway, so I'm not too worried.

They're gonna cover up the old pump soon with bleachers. Then what will we have to question!?
