Really? That's weird. My entire family feels he's the worst one. Not his acting, but his singing. We don't like it at all.
I believe Alice Cooper played that same role on broadway for a while.
Judas was one of the original Hamilton cast. I thought it was quite good. John Legand was good, as was the guy who played Pilot. I love Alice Cooper, but I feel like his age limited what he could do as Harod. I saw it live at the Civic center in the 90's with the original actors who played Jesus and Judas.......they were fantastic.

Wow, you too. Shows you what I know about singing and acting I guess. I thought his singing was not good at all.
That's the best part about art, it resonates with people in different ways.
I thought it was fantastic and has by far been the best live TV play that I have seen. All the actors were really good. My favorites were the actors playing Mary, and Annas. I also enjoyed the acting of the guy that played Pontius Pilot, but his singing was far below that of the rest of the cast. John Legend was really good and the guy that played Judas really came around in the second act.
I also saw this live in the 90s with part of the original cast, but I was in high school and probably didn't appreciate it as much as I should have.
