Being old and decrepit, God bless that young man's spine and pelvis...
I keep waiting for him to get flagged for this, but I've also lost all understanding of what is and is not an unsportsmanlike penalty over the last ~10 years.
I have noticed that refs seem to be letting a little more celebration occur, at least for ISU, without penalty. I was surprised when Lazzard was not flagged for his crawling out of the endzone celebration at OU.

I think as long as he doesn't kick "in the general direction" of the QB he just sacked, they are okay with it. Then again... Bailey got flagged for somersaulting 20 yards away from the closest Texas player 32 seconds after the play was whistled dead.. so who tf knows...
Apparently there is a rather arbitrary line between crawling, kicking and somersaulting.
They're OK as long as you do it and get back to your side of the ball and teammates. It also helps that it's probably unexpected and quick.

I *read* (but cannot confirm) that after the somersault, when Bailey was laying on the ground, he mimed sniper shooting the other team.
Other side of the field but don’t think this is true. That was dumb but didn’t think worthy of flag.
I'll tell ya, i always get nervous anymore...even when Spears rant the INT back and put the ball to his ear......seeing Akrum Wadley's TD called back for doing the stepping into the end zone he always does really spooked me!
Even Lazard doing the 'Crawl' after his big TD at Oklahoma got me nervous.
Basically everything short of sprinting back to the huddle makes me nervous. Even Lannings "cant see me" thing worries me. It sucks it has to be that way-- let them have some fun.
When he was returning the pick 6 and he was holding the ball down with one hand running into the end zone, all I could think was please please do not drop that ball before you cross the line.
Have to settle for the kick - because you know 3 pumps is going to draw a flag.
