If Bobo wasn’t doing anything and keeping the peace, he would have released his video. Kinda telling that he has kept that silent.

He WAS assaulted. An assault is defined to include unwanted physical contact. There is no exception to the definition of assault for people who "have it coming". Just like it isn't legal to "Punch Nazi's" where an affirmative defense doesn't apply.

"He needed killin'" is not self-defense. And even if the punch were thrown in self defense there is still an assault--just an assault that is covered by an affirmative defense.

None of this is said out of disrespect to you. I don't think either one of us is deeply scarred by JBo's KO. And no, I'm not an attorney, but I don't think one would disagree.

He got beat up in a fight that he instigated or at the very least, didn't try to avoid. He wasn't attacked, He was a full participant in what happened. Charge them both with disorderly or whatever they do when their is a fight.

Assault is a common charge from fights, but I agree with charging Jbo with whatever is possible (probably won't happen). Throwing ice at people *could* constitute an assault. Now if they only had a code section on ****** hairdos!
