Jayden Nunn commits

I am excited to get him! From what I have read, he was getting some interest bigger schools this year. I’m sure most of you know this, but I didn’t know his father was high school teammates with Jeff Grayer. Hope he brings that Flint toughness!
Can always use more of that Jeff Grayer toughness!

I like the commitment. Not sure what the deal is with no stars or offers, but if he has a competitive edge to complement his skill set he'll be a good get. A lot of guys on our team lack this imo. Think we need a Javon Carter type on this team asap.

That said, that last scholly needs to be spent on a post player. Imagine a worst case scenario where Solo graduates, Conditt gets frustrated and leaves, and XF takes advantage of lenient transfer rules and bolts for greener pastures. We suddenly have zero depth in the front court

Yeah I’m done with those guys at WRNL. They spoiled someones commitment earlier in the year, did a beyond embarrassing pod with Rece and now they’re picking on high school commits. Not sure how anyone supports them at this point.

yeah, they’re the worst. I’d rather listen to an hour straight of nails on a chalkboard than listen to any length of podcast or any opinions of Levi’s. WRNL has really gone down since he’s taken over as lead blogger or whatever.

Idk how this kid will end up but I think with he and Hunter, we have some guys with a little bit of attitude. Hunter looks like he chirps a bit and plays with a **** you, here I come type of attitude, attacking the rim and playing downhill, something we lack currently. I like our guys but we haven't had a player that other teams fans hated in awhile. He was an extreme version but Lard is about the only guy Prohm has brought in that played with that kind of edge.

Conditt has an attitude but does not back it up.

WRNL is trash for sure. It's just edgy ********.

The first couple iterations of WRNL were among the best of the SB Nation sites out there. It's a talent issue. The current crop is just really bad at talking **** or building on any of the great satirical pieces of the past. It's not even edgy, it's just embarrassingly bad.

If Dustin Hogue would have been here all four years, he might have been "that guy". From the karate kick at WV to the message he left on the white board in the Iowa locker room after a victory there, Hogue was well on his way to not being liked at all. He did the dirty work on the boards that makes you love him if he is on your team. His toothpick may be the most famous piece of wood since Buford Pusser's Ax handle in Walking Tall.

What message did he leave in the Iowa locker room?
