Absolutely, I’m a fan of anyone who accepts their offer to play in the cardinal and gold (or black?). No matter if their jersey will hang in the rafters or they’ll ride the bench, they earn their scholarship and I’ll always root for everyone.

I am excited to get him! From what I have read, he was getting some interest bigger schools this year. I’m sure most of you know this, but I didn’t know his father was high school teammates with Jeff Grayer. Hope he brings that Flint toughness!

And that’s the whole thing. He isn’t even on the radar. Literally. The recruiting services not only haven’t ranked yet, he didn’t even have a profile not that long ago.
It’s not that they ranked him low, they just missed him entirely. How you miss a Flint kid, I have no idea.
On the limited film I’ve seen, I like him better than at least one guard I’ve seen Prohm sign, as an all around player.

Amen. Dont know anything about this kid. But our team needs spirit, energy and motivation. We just don't work hard enough nor play hard enough. Maybe this guy can change things.

This kid is an insurance pickup at his worse. Tyrese Hunter will be in Ames a max of 2 years. We will need another Seasoned PG after that Nunn is that dude.

That's three in 10 years. Add that to the not under the radar guys, Wigginton THT, and Hunter. Plus he got Shayok as a transfer. At 10 points a game I'd consider him a bit under the radar.

Totally agree, I'm just saying, the comparison to Tyrese gets old, it's like everytime a frosh doesn't start or isn't amazing, we hear the Matt Thomas comparisons. Tyrese was a good recruit but ppl around here pretend he was some scrub with no other options. It's an incorrect narrative that gets more exaggerated as time goes on. At this point in their recruiting, Nunn isn't comparable to Tyrese, it's ignorant to claim he is.
