Not super impressive stats, but doubled up from his Freshman year. Fewer catches than Noel, but a huge upgrade from what we've seen with Shaw. Has the size to compete in the Big 12. Can't quickly find anything regarding speed or route concepts.

Overall a good pickup given how much we're lacking at WR.

He makes some tough catches. Really effective on the end zone fade route and the back shoulder throws. If our O-Line can give the QB an extra second or two pass blocking, I can see Higgins getting a lot of completions. Too many times last year, Dekkers was under pressure before he even had time to look downfield. That has to be fixed.
