Plus it’s Finebaum. Before the OU to UT to the SEC announcement he was still on the idea that they would go to the PAC based on the total TV deal, not realizing you have to divide by the number of teams. It's just like the 'Welcome to the B1G' narrative from those fans about Nebraska like Nebraska hadn't fallen off for a decade before leaving. And they kept it up while Nebraska stayed about on par for W/L record (9ish wins) with Pelini.

Texas really hasn't been worth a **** since 2009 but that will NEVER get mentioned when they continue their marginal football trends into the SEC.

It’s actually a prescient move by JP. I have to give him credit. Their old location was asking for trouble with kids storming the field as opposing team leaving field.

It's unpopular and unfortunate, but it probably had to happen for multiple reasons. I doubt JP really wanted to move them at all, but he knew it had to happen.

It should make the south end of the field pretty noisy for visiting teams. For a kindergarten class anyway.
