Ja needs better people around him. Granted, there's some personal responsibility here but you are the company you keep.
I'm honestly surprised the grizzlies haven't given him a babysitter.
He is also being sued by a player the transfered to Samford. Something about pulling a gun or something like that. That has been kind of swept under the rug. Apparently did it during a pick up game.
