It's been 30 years? (Bob Knight chair throw)

why in the hell are they talking about his dressing like he is ready to golf... in February... in Indiana ..... then talk about a great golf course in the area.. again in the month of February.

I'm pretty sure you can catch a glimpse of a young Bruce Weber on the Purdue bench as well.

So was Knight not automatically ejected after the 2nd technical? I remember it happening but don't remember what the rules were at that time.

"When my time on Earth is gone, and my activities here are passed...I want they bury me upside down and my critics can kiss my ***"

Love or hate him, you can't deny that Bob Knight had a lot of character. College basketball could use more of his type.

I thought two was automatic back then as well but I'm not 100% sure. It sounds like the announcers were confused as to whether he'd been ejected or not.

One of the things that irritated me as I watched that clip, the IU AD should have ushered him off the court immediately. Instead, he made things worse by arguing with the officials. The fact that he'd stand there and try to defend his guy after what had just happened shows you how brainwashed everyone around Knight was. He was surrounded by a bunch of enablers.
