ISU vs. UNI Game Thread

I REALLY feel bad for our players. They have all kinds of talent, but McDermott's coaching holds them back and ruins them. I have seen way too much of McDermott and won't get into Cyclone basketball until he's gone. I really hope everyone agree's that he needs to go. What a horrible coach. Fire him now and get it over with. I can't stand seeing him on our bench anymore. I'm watching the game and everytime it cuts to him, my wife and I both say "what an idiot!" Everytime!

so what part of the game did you watch where you saw potential for this team? I saw nothing. Stand around, having people take shots that shouldn't, and watching the other team make rebounds.

I'm getting confused by all of this talk about how great ISU's players are. Coaches arent putting up bad shots, coaches arent being soft when going up for rebounds. If these players are so talented, they should be able to hit routine shots. They should be able to make plays, EVEN WITHOUT GREAT COACHING! Coaches can only do so much to motivate a player. The Cyclones played tonight like someone owed them a victory against UNI.

Yeah, there is a lot of question that ISU is the better team. They lost to UNI. Hence, UNI is the better team. ISU may have better players, but TEAM...UNI is the better team.
