Colorado lost at home after being up by 14 points with 10 minutes to go in the game to an average at best Missouri team. No way they win in Hilton.

I believe CU lost to Texas by just 2 in Austin. I wouldn't ever guarantee a win in the Big 12. They have come to Ames and won before.

Oh yeah.... another personal opinion.... Jiri has been the most disappointing player at ISU in a long time. His JR year was great the second half. Too bad he hasn't brought it in a big game ONCE this year. Oh well thats off my chest.

You must have a remarkably short memory. First, I'd have to say that Shawn Taggart was more disappointing--without looking any further back. Secondly, didn't Jiri go for 28 in one game this year?

All right, so they more or less collapsed in the second half. But it'll be a different story when we get K-State in Hilton--isn't that the final home game? Young players don't play so well on the road--as we just saw. But before that, winning at Nebraska is going to be tough--but possible.

Actually Aaron Agnew was called Baby Shaq. I thought we had a winner. He was not too good.

Our all time bust was the Russian recruit via Canada who tried to gop pro and went nowhere.

Jiri is doing fine. He is really a forward trying to play center.

It will continue to be an average season at best. The defense and rebounding are terrible. Jiri and Brackins simple can't muscle up with other post players for loose balls. Beasley may be a freshman, but he demanded the ball, and out muscles everyone for loose balls, regardless of size.

I think our biggest problem is stopping dribble penetration. Petersen is simply not a Big 12 guard, period. After watching Drake lately, I don't even think he is MVC quality. Every game he starts, I literally scratch my head. Can Boozer be worse? I know Lee can play better defense. Instead, I see BP barely get the ball up the court, and get toasted by on D by quicker, stronger guards. Is he really the best we have to put out on the court?

Post season? Only if all our remaining games are at Hilton.
