A rough one, couldn't make our good looks early on and things went downhill from there very quickly. Would've been nice if we could've played better and continues to work the ball inside rather than going to the perimeter so quickly - again. But, that's exactly what this inexperienced team is going to do when in big trouble, sadly enough.

As with the KU game, I'm glad we got this one over with (almost over with anyways) and are on to more manageable games for a while.

Things I don't want to see anymore:

- Peterson picking the ball up and having nowhere to pass it.
- Brackins rushing up his hook shots. Most of them aren't even close.
- Garrett missing every shot attempt (even layups). Most of them aren't even close.
- Wesley driving the baseline and stepping out of bounds.
- Hubalek trying to rebound the ball with both of his feet planted firmly on the floor.

Other than that, we're a top 25 team.

I just hope we take care of business against Colorado. They need a confidence booster but Colorado isn't going to lay down for us the way we did to KSU.

As much as I had heard about the offensive capabilities of K-State, I was more impressed with their D today, they were smothering the entire game. Beasley is a stud, wow...

I hope everyone shows up for Colorado next week. I know it's not usually a problem, but we couldn't be getting a better chance for a win coming off two tough road losses. Show up and get loud!

Agreed. They didn't give us much. We created some good looks early and couldn't cash in. After that, we had very few good looks at the hoop...not at all helped by our quick outside shots.

Now Haluska needs to go on a three point barrage and help his percentage out...1-27...if he could get it to 14-40 that'd be wonderful

Beasley is a very good player, but he is WAAAY too full of himself. Did anyone else notice that the only KSU player that would talk to him was Walker?

Yeah, he couldn't have picked a more meaningless time to end his streak. Oh well, it's probably a good thing the streak is over. I was kinda rooting against him for a while there. Now I'm happy for him.

We need a REAL guard... not to bash too much on Peterson, Diante.. they're doing what they can at this point, but really.. that's hurting us right now. Our guards can't shoot.. period.

UGLY.
The state of Kansas just kicked the crap out of Iowa State. (on the road anyways)
The Colorado game is huge, we need a confidence booster.
I'm just glad we got our toughest road games over with.

What bothers me more than losing the last two games by more than 24 points...is that I don't see much help coming any time soon. Recruiting has to pick up.
