The packers have a classic look themselves....and it just pales in comparisson to the crisp, clean, handsomely elegant look of the 49ers. Are we to believe they trademarked these colors?

That whole myth of "The 49ers bought the color combo off Iowa State" is also just that - a myth. The 49ers have been using that color combo since their founding in the 1940s. ISU didn't use it until the 1960s.

The San Francisco 49ers are wearing Cardinal and Gold uniforms tonight....and they are working. tied presently with New York Football Giant $#%holes.
Get it? San Francisco is close to the Sierra Nevada streams where the California Gold Rush was in 1849...thus the GOLD uniforms. Look at these and if you have not blocked your memory, remember that look we were sporting yesterday.
