HOLY CRAP, WE CONVERTED MULTIPLE FIELD GOALS IN ONE GAME!

We did miss one, but yeah, ZG made two and all extra points. Improvement, along with a dominant game...it just keeps getting better. :yes:

Anyone else think that we take a similar defensive gameplan against OSU? And will it work? I know it's 3 weeks away but the high powered offenses seem very similar.

OSU's coaching staff and players are amazing. It will be hard to trick them. Only way we win is if they sleep, and we play at our max.

Here is what I like the most. ISU has Barnett and Hollis for 3 more years, and White for 2 more years! That is something to build around, I hope.

Don't foget about Mr. Shontrelle Johnson and Woody too. Our backfield is way more loaded than any ISU backfield I have ever seen.

Miss was by Mahoney, and apparently Coach was surprised (or upset) that he was out there. Sounds like Guyer has stepped up to take the spot, and it sure showed last night.

FWIW... on the miss by Mahoney... my understanding is that CPR had called for the fake and it was not run. Hence, his frustration with the kickers and Herman on the sidelines. Did anyone else hear this same story?

Why would he be frustrated with Herman he's not in charge of special teams?

Then he pulled Mahoney over to another coach but they cut to commercial before you could see who it was. I think he wanted the fake too.

Congratulations on the victory Cyclones. I posted in the prediction thread that Tech is very young and unpredictable from game to game, but I didn't expect all that! Oh well. See you next season. Good luck against KU! :smile:
