Joe Blaes has signed and will start class tomorrow at Iowa State, big get, should be about done on the O-Line, maybe one more!!!

3-star Lineman, offensive guard to be exact who went to Coffeyville C.C. in Kansas, 6 ft 2 inches, wt. 290.
Rated the 54th best JUCO in the Top 100.

Looks like a great pick-up. I will take anyone who was committed and being recruited by Georgia.

Even more important is that Dedrick, McMahon and Blaes all start classes tomorrow and will be with the team during the spring, that is the most important thing, we need to get the O-Line meshing now, because it will undoubtedly be the toughest thing to get down in a new system

Wow! That's a great pickup. Maybe next year's offense will actually be able to live up to last year's billing?

In the words of Lou Brown (Major League), "It's starting to come together, Pepper, it's starting to come together..."

yea it is a huge pickup, hopefully he works out, I would guess we are looking at a line of
T- Dedrick
G- Blaes
C- McMahon
G- Stephens
T- ?, unless we see Blaes out here, maybe Tibbs, I don't see Schmeling out here, Schmeling might be at guard if Blaes makes the move outside, we might wanna pick up one more guy who could start here if he has the goods to at least challenge the guys we have in the system

I am really glad that we are recruiting to fill the major gaps for once, under McCarney we might have picked up one JUCO lineman and possibly another freshman

this coaching staff knows how to build a good team and they have done good work on the foundation. Linemen.

the strength and condition coach pickup will be interesting to see results as well.

it looks great on paper dieing for next season which is beautifully brutal.
screw powderpuff football.
