Back in the 1980s there was an Apple Macintosh computer game simulating air traffic control. If you made a mistake and two aircraft collided, a prompt would pop up with two choices: resign or be fired.

Funny that even after playing that I ended up working almost 28 years as an air traffic controller, lol
