The surprise is how offended KU was by a competitor saying "I'd be surprised if we don't win". Do you honestly think that's bulliten board material?
Let's see, what's more appropriate? Maybe KU players losing by double digits, then saying(paraphrase), "We lost to a good team, it wasn't like it was Tx Tech or Baylor", then losing to Baylor. Best retort of the year(paraphrase), "Sure it was a nice win, but wasn't like we beat UNC or Duke".
Now that's funny!
