ISR March to Madness thread

Imagine if Rasir Bolton or JCL weren't on ISU's team this year. They wouldn't have won a single P6 game or a conference game.................oh wait. Let's go ahead and put 2 guys from the worst P6 school in the country on all conference teams. Makes total sense. Participation trophies for everyone.
Why do you care so much lol Jesus Christ. Your team is #5 in the nation and Luka won POY via Sporting News yet you’re throwing a temper tantrum regarding a 2-21 team. Give it a rest.

Not a temper tantrum at all. CyTwins tagged me, so I provided my thoughts.

The only jealousy in this thread is the butthurt jealousy that ISU fans feel over Iowa great season and likely 2 seed in the NCAA tournament. You have never seen me once bragging about Alford and his 2 Big10 tournament titles, because I simply don't care about them.

You finished third in your conference. Let's settle down with this "great season" talk.

I would also say anytime you finish top 10 it is a great season.

Iowa is a likely 2 seed which hasn't been done by an Iowa team since the late 80's and it's been 20 years since any team from the state of Iowa has done it. There was a couple disappointing losses but the season up to this point has been really good.

I think the biggest loss of the year is JW getting injured..

I don’t think he’ll be 100% for the rest of the year honestly.

Like any ankle it all depends on how much rest they give him. I honestly think they would be bonkers to have him play at all in the BTT. With a solid 2 weeks of rest you can get to pretty close to 100% depending on how low the sprain was. He was wearing a brace so I imagine it wasn’t bad enough to do any tendon damage.

You can still f*** up your ankle with a brace but I agree rest is going to be the only thing you can do to make it better. So yeah, playing in the Big 10 Tournament seems incredibly stupid.
