Sick or injured kid?

He went to ISU with my son, he is friends of friends with him. We went and tailgated w him and his family one time. He can drink some beer! Been in a wheelchair forever (whole life?) and recently had surgery related to that. I'm not real comfortable saying much more, kind of talking out of school here, but some of this has been on social media too. But he's a good kid and a huge ISU fan.

Geez I say kid, he's probably pushing 30. I am old af.
