Is Luka Garza the greatest basketball player the state has ever seen?

It still baffles me that we have one real, actual PG, and he doesn't start.
I've been saying it in this board and elsewhere all season. Touisant is the key to the season. How much and how well he plays. If Bohannon is not hitting he's a huge liability.

Seeing this thread title, the first thing that came to mind is "at what, growing caterpillars on an oversized forehead?"

So Horner says neither tell played well. Didn’t see the game, if a homer that big says it, then it must be legit.

Yeah both teams had areas where they didn't play well. Iowa just had more areas where we didn't play well. If Zags clean up the TOs and FTs and we cleaned up the 3-pt shooting, rebounding, hustle, I wouldn't be surprised if they still won by 10.

Why is this thread still going? Garza has won one NCAA tournament game. One. That's it. How does that qualify him to even be considered in the top players in the state.

Kind of unfair considering last years circumstances

How would you rate Jordan's defense?

Unfair or not. We haven't seen how he plays when the lights are the brightest. Regular season stat stuffer against Big Ten teams is one thing. Winning games in the tournament is much harder.

That kid deserves some kind of reward for putting up with the nepotism. I didn't watch the game (obviously watched ISU B12CG) but just looking at the stat line I can't imagine how the back court would have done without him. Seems he was the third player who could run with Gonzaga.

Some of Toussaint's stat lines are jaw dropping vs Cmac including yesterday's, might be even more odd than that year where Woodbury was producing at 20% the rate of the other center off the bench, I forget his name but he often blocked more shots in a game the Woodbury did per season yet couldn't get playing time.
