To be fair prior to MC's arrival ISU had poor talent and little development. That has definitely changed since his arrival and I would expect them to have 1-2 draft picks a year while he is there. Who knows how long that will be though.

Yep Purdue hasn't scored more than 13 points in a month but they're going to hang 23 on Iowa's NFL defense
It's CFB. Nothing unheard of if Purdue wins tomorrow. Happens all the time. I think Iowa wins, but to say it is a shoe in, is being naïve.

Well, it is better to not hype up the team to be a monumental failure of expectations. We have seen how that goes.
I don't get the bragging up NFL picks, #2 team in the Country, Kirk Ferentz, etc but then say you're guarded. To me that's contradictory especially since Purdue historically hasn't done this in our life.
Well, upsets happen all the time in CFB. Hard to explain a lot of the stuff that happens on Saturdays. Iowa is for sure not so overly talented that they can take anyone for granted.
