It was about the Cy-Hawk series, and putting an ISU brand out there, just like Hayden Fry took advantage of lousy ISU teams so his decent-at best teams could look like such a bigger name than than they were.

The Herky logo or whatever it's called has been all over the state for years and years, and it's amazing how riled up Iowa fans got when one billboard was put up.

A favorite part of the Cy-Hawk series was when Iowa fans would use the 'they only play well against Iowa' mantra, and then carry it into basketball season. Using it during football season already means they're uninformed; using it for basketball is incredible.

The pic on the billboard was about isu football players hoisting the cy-hawk football trophy. So if Iowa isn't isu Super Bowl then show us pics of isu having a billboard for other schools.
