I have to admit that SARCASM is a very clever plate for a Hokeye fan to have.

I am pretty sure I saw that one on E 6th, right after I got off 235. Had to snap a pic, like how did that clear DOT vetting? It’s permanently saved to my favorites album, best reply to any fan of that team.

I have a buddy who traded his vanity plates for plain recently, just to avoid confrontation over a possible misunderstanding of what they meant… I’ve thought about doing the same, but am more than happy to explain mine to anyone. Yet there’s still HAWK STD…

Can't you do this one with 0 rather than O? (0 will have a slash through it.) I know that you can't do all numbers but all number plates use the O with no slash through it.

You could also do 5318QQ8.

I'm sure the DOT just read it as HAWKS TD. That is probably what the owner intended - which makes the gaff even more funny.
