I disagreed with CW's margin of victory being under 10 points vs. the TCU today. In fact, I had them being
blown out by more than 20! I was wrong there.

Without question this is a different Texas Tech team than a year ago. No more Coach Gillispie, and no more gassed Texas Tech players even before tip-off. (lol) Texas Tech I believe has a faster pace offense this year and are better--But not much better. I think CW's projection for the TCU game better suits this one...

TT has some decent players. Their freshman pg is pretty good, Crockett can be a tough match-up, and I like their big center. If we play like we did today we will lose.

I will go with ISU by 5.

Tech's rotation goes 10 or 11 deep. They are not a very good shooting team from outside. They got blown out by Okie State today, so they will be anxious to make up for that. Still, I can't pick a team that lost to McNeese State to beat ISU.....in any year.

I was way off. So, I'll temper expectations on this one.
ISU wins in a dog fight 83-54.

They got blown out by Okie State today, so they will be anxious to make up for that.

They got blown out by OU on wednesday, by kansas before that, and by baylor before that. Getting blown out doesnt seem like its helping them in their following games.
