Lots will open at 7am I'm sure. That's always been the policy.
The last night game in this series was 2002.

Typical.Iowa is not going to be a very good team this year. So, if we lose this home night game.....yikes
When did the policy change from 6hrs before or 6am, which ever came first?
Cyclone Tailgating and Football Parking : Parking
Lots will open at 7am I'm sure. That's always been the policy.
Cyclone Club lots for cars open at 7 a.m. or 6 hours prior to kickoff, whichever is earlier, overnight parking is not permitted for cars. Cyclone Club lots for RVs open at 8 a.m. on the day before the game, and overnight parking is permitted. Public lots for cars and RVs open 6 hours prior to kickoff on gameday. Overnight parking is available for RVs only on a limited basis at Vet Med Lot 93, starting at 5:30pm the night before the game.
For the 2011 Iowa game we went to the public lots 9:00 the night before. They lined you up "temporarily" until the lots officially open (which 2 years ago was 5:00 am). Even with a later kickoff this year I wouldn't be surprised if they do something like this again.I can almost guarantee the public lots will open early for this game, the lines to get in will be so backed up it will be causing traffic jams all the way to I35. Ames will be nuts that day. I cant wait!!
I heard from a friend of a player - DMac walked into the locker room, smashed a clipboard on the wall and said only two words...
F--- You!
And walked out.
I'm 50/50 on if it's true.
So..probably a lot like this.I heard from a friend of a player - DMac walked into the locker room, smashed a clipboard on the wall and said only two words...
F--- You!
And walked out.
I'm 50/50 on if it's true.
Surprisingly, some Cyclone fans have friends and family that aren't Iowa residents, or fans of either school.
I just remembered how shocked people were last year when I was ******** about my cousin's wedding being the same weekend as the game, like a couple in Minnesota would still be aware of and schedule around it.Well I inferred by the helicopter comment that he was within an hour or so of Ames. And that means that the bride and groom either went to ISU or are Hawk fans![]()
Skip the wedding, go to the next one.
