Iowa Football Recruiting

I mean he ended up with 3 P5 offers and Texas only offered because they didn’t have a QB for the class but alright.

Actually, that's 4 P5 offers counting ISU. I'm not going to say that the kid is a world beater. He's probably been recruited over before he ever steps foot on campus. But, if you really believe that TEXAS hands out pity offers, you are a freaking fool. That's a program that could flip about 75% of P5 commits out there if they wanted.

Nwankpa, MDR, Junior Vandeross, Christion Stokes, Chase Carter, Elic Ayomanor, Jahsiah Galvan, Javon Tracy, and Eian Pugh (Cinny commit that Iowa is trying to nab) are all very high on Iowa right now. All class of ‘22.

Missing out on Evers and likely Vandeross in one day! ooooffff.
Yep, cross out Vandeross from @Nate STANley list of guys that Iowa is going to get.

Hahahaha I had forgotten he put Nwankpa on that list. That was all you needed to see to know how silly it was.
Vandeross was very high on Iowa. Not sure if there was a falling out there or what. Would be a tough loss though.

Edit:
It appears that he wants to play WR and Iowa needs DBs. Only way Iowa gets back in it is if they recruit him at that position.

You think you'd have the convo of where you'd want to play and where they want you to play early on in the recruiting process

Is that the spin Iowa fans are going to go with? Not the fact that Foster was the guy recruiting him and he left.

Vandeross is very high on Iowa along with Nwankpa. Black recruits are chomping at the bit to play for Kirk Ferentz

Let's be honest here, a savvy recruit is going to look beyond KF and see the epic culture Barta has instilled for U of I sports. The rest of the college sporting world has no chance.
