Iowa -7 vs ISU

Just got caught up, pretty sad a MAC team is one of the biggest games of the year. Not to surprised as their OOC is weak especially if ISU wasn't in it.

"Especially if ISU wasn't in it". If you take out Iowa, let's hear the murderers row OOC schedule ISU has had since they played FSU way back when.

Between 2003 and 2010 you had 4 OOC games each year and played 0 P5 schools (other than Iowa). In that timeframe, Iowa played 6 games against P5 schools (other than ISU) despite Miizzou backing out of a 4 game series in that same window.

Enjoy your future trips to Ohio and UNLV, though...

What the ****, why do any Iowa fans think they will get an ounce of credit for anything their **** team does on here? I hate Iowa, will always hate Iowa, could give two ***** about their won loss record or how many P5 schools they have played out of conference, Jan. 1 bowls, blah, blah, blah. Their uniforms are ugly. their fans are stupid, their coaches are overpaid, and the only way they can get national media to even give two ***** about their ******** stadium is by building a children's hospital right next door, so the poor little kids not only have to suffer whatever illness they are there for, they also have to suffer through an Iowa football game. Have I said enough? Because I've got more

I, for one, enjoyed that rant. I'd like some more.

Sure, Iowa City smells like pee, it's either from the students, from the river, or from Hayden Fry's pants they have on display in the geriatric wing of university hospitals. Speaking of Hayden Fry, that goat ****** needs to rot in hell for not only trying to eliminate Iowa State's football program, but for giving Iowa fans a reason to live. You give us **** for changing our logo all the time when your logo is a ******* chicken with a testicle hanging from it's ******* eyeball for Christ sake. And don't forget about that lame attempt at trying to be stylish by adding stripes that looked like feathers to your football uniforms, ******* hilarious.

I dig it. I actually agree with you on the uniforms, the feather ones were bad.

That's your rebuttal? That's kind of a letdown.
What more do you want? You guy's get on here and talk **** about ISU and say how great Iowa is, well if you're so great stop scheduling North Texas's of the world. Kirk and Gary won't schedule home-away series because they want every home game they can get. Dont come bragging about being big time when you want step up to the big boy table.

The feather ones were better than one that have now IMO . I liked your alternate uniforms last year even if you guys all hate mixing it up

I suppose we'll have to disagree (shocker) on the feather uniforms. I also liked the alt uniforms last year. I don't mind them for one game each year.

I just gave you numerous examples of when they stepped up to the big boy table. Iowa, like any other AD in the country wants 7 home games each year. So years when they play ISU on the road, they get 5 conference home games, and when ISU plays at Iowa, they get 4 conference home games.

I gave you a sizeable window where each team had 4 OOC games every year. Iowa scheduled 6 P5 games in 7 years while you scheduled 0.

This is why Iowa fans come here. To see how obsessed iSu fans are with their big brother. It is obvious that “hating” Iowa is more important to clone fans than anything else.

I will give you this though you do Iowa “hate” better than anyone else.

Someone spent too much time on the new coffee thread?

But I fully endorse this viewpoint.

Only thing obvious around here is why it is so easy to hate a fanbase that is full of dips__ts like you. The hate for hoks just happens, we don't have to do anything to make it happen. Hating TOE is natural for anyone. What doesn't just happen is when a numbnuts like you intentionally hang out here with a bunch of ISU fans. That takes initiative, and obsession on your part.
