Iowa -7 vs ISU

I just hope with Snyder that it isn't CTE related. Seemingly went from a kid that didn't get in trouble and was on the leadership committee to getting in trouble multiple times and is maybe dealing with alcohol issues. That is a big change in behavior. Whatever he is struggling with I hope he gets help. Football is nothing compared to your health and well-being.

You're saying Snyder got a lesser punishment than Wirfs because he was more drunk and driving a car instead of a scooter. Think about that for a second

So now it went from Snyder was double over the limit and Wirfs wasnt to Snyder being more drunk?

Another goal post move.

Did you just imply a person potentially having CTE and an alcohol abuse problem because of an OWI as a 21 year old? Or is there more to that assumption than what has been discussed?

The additional incident that is leading to his dismissal is related to alcohol.

It is the first thing I think about when someone's behavior changes and they play football or when there may be multiple instances of them getting in trouble for alcohol drug related issues. I don't see why saying I hope it isn't CTE is a bad thing? Maybe you don't understand that is not saying he has CTE...??
Unfortunately, it is a reality that some people have to face. If he is kicked off the team, there is obviously more going on that we know about. And again, this kid was seen as a leader and never got into trouble and then 6 months later he has allegedly gotten in trouble more than once and is kicked off.

Doesn't he only have one alcohol related offense and he wasn't even going to have to miss playing time for it?

I don't think it's fair to assume CTE, with only a couple situations in a young mans life, is all. Plenty of people in Basketball have issues with the law and getting kicked off teams for behavioral, alcohol, or drug related things and obviously we don't just jump on the idea that it is a mental health problem with them.

I understand why it would come to your mind, but I'd wait for more to come out before you throw those letters out, is all I'm saying.

Yeah, I am not saying he has it, Einstein. I am saying I hope it isn't related to that.
