Iowa -7 vs ISU

He was a good LB, and should have changed positions sooner.

He's been on a roll trolling, but his hypothesis is correct. Not one coach in college football (CMC included) is going to wait until an injured player is medically cleared and then make them sit out a game for an interaction 6+ months ago after making them miss a bowl trip.

I get that you don't like Iowa, but the Brandon Snyder hill is a strange hill to die on.

Considering it was jeff reninga spiraling down his rabbit hole that started the whole thing. Snyder was babied. If he could have played, and kirk thought he needed him, he would have played.

I don't give a damn what that guy said. I clearly tried to distance myself from him earlier in this thread. I speak for myself and myself only. Don't try to tie me to something somebody else said.

Dude does whatever he wants. He coaches in a stadium named after him.

I don't think even he would do that though.
I've posted this before:

In the early morning hours of New Year's Day, 2004, police were called to the Kansas State team hotel in Paradise Valley, Arizona, by a woman who accused quarterback Ell Roberson of sexually assaulting her.[18] Roberson and the rest of the Kansas State team were in town to play Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl. Police did not arrest Roberson, and later determined that no crime had been committed and no charges should be filed,[19] but an investigation by the Kansas State athletic department concluded that Roberson and several other players had violated unspecified team rules.[20] As a result, Snyder stripped Roberson of his scholarship, denied the players their Fiesta Bowl rings and required them to perform community service. Snyder also issued an open letter of apology to the people of Kansas and supporters of Kansas State's football program for the conduct of his players in the days leading up to the bowl game. The Wildcats wound up losing the Fiesta Bowl to Ohio State 35-28
.

I don't think I'd want to be on his bad side.

Fair enough. Takes some balls to hold out your starting QB over an accusation.

That’s where Snyder came into play.

Plus as non competitive as Kirk has been in bowl games this decade, you bet your ass he’d have played it healthy, and they thought they needed him.

Even other Iowa fans say Snyder should be suspended for the opener. He literally got an OWI and doesn't have to miss a game. Mind boggling and it sends a disturbing message

If it were up to me, Geno Stone or Gervase would be ahead of him on the depth chart even if Snyder was 100% healthy. Not that I don't think he's a good player, I just think they're better.

He also literally got to sit at home while his teammates got to take in NYC. You are making a mountain over a mole hill over this.

Yeah I'm sure as a competitor it's way worse to not freeze your ass off while watching Iowa play Boston College than it is missing a game he could play in.

The fact you support the idea of someone not having to miss a game for drunk driving is odd to say the least. Especially considering his BAC was more than double the legal limit

Why are you so bent out of shape over this? In my opinion, his impact on this season will be miniscule, at best.

You think it's OK for a player to get wasted, get behind the wheel, get arrested and not have to miss a game. I strongly disagree with that. Simple as that

No, I don't think it's okay for someone to get wasted and get behind the wheel.

Again, if Campbell did the same to one of his players, I wouldn't think twice about it

I never said you thought it was OK to get wasted and get behind the wheel. You're saying it's OK to not make a player miss a game when they do get wasted and drive

Again, take your W if you want. You've been called out by your own on this subject.

I'm not trying to win. It's OK you don't think players need to miss playing time for getting wasted and driving. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I just happen to disagree with you on that. Don't take everything so personal

No. You are just being a Richard.
@CyTwins ya “stand on a wall” but your cred is diminished when reasonable dialogue is where ya keep going. Yiu can disagree. Look The last four days I have been **** mode depry. But when the pressure points are not that bad ya gotta let it go. Just one guys option. That said @Derpycy Adam Net.
