You might want to try and find an American Bar. I know of one in Rome called the Highlander Pub and they played some baseball for us but not sure what part of Italy you're in though.

Still haven't found any steams or ways around the geotracking. More ideas welcome.
There are several streaming websites. As mention before Kodi is among the most popular. I've used a site called atdee.net in the past but that may be old and nonexistent at this point.
